I purchased my first set of sheets in November for my new cal king pillow top mattress that I purchased. I cannot tell you how these sheets fit my cal king bed like a glove and are they ever soft. The shipping and delivery was fast. was fast too boot!
When I decided to purchase a second set of sheets (gold), they did not have them in the correct size (cal king). When I contacted the sales rep, she informed me that she would be willing to upgrade my sheets 800 TC at no additional charge. WOW, now that is customer service! I am addicted to finding top quality things on the web and the main reason I decided to purchase these sheets was due to all the positive feedback I read in the Testimonial Section.
